Full Immersion Ice Bath

Using a cold tub or ice bath significantly reduces injury recovery times, helps remove toxins, reduces swelling, and normalizes adrenaline production so the body can recover fast from intensive workouts and competitions. Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness (DOMS) typically peaks 24-72 hours after intensive exercise, but the cold water therapy reduces DOMS pain by reducing muscle inflammation and spasm that cause it.

Compression Boots, Arms & Hips

The NormaTec compression boots, hips and arms provide a dynamic, patented, pulsing action that effectively mimics the muscle pump of the legs, hips and arms. It greatly enhances the movement of fluid and metabolites out of the limbs after an intense workout to help you recover quicker.

Muscle Stimulation

Get set up on one of our muscle stimulation units. The Marc Pro stimulators create a dynamic signal which comfortably contracts muscles and then slowly releases them over a period of time. This allows the muscle fibers to properly relax, and move fluids in and out of the area without causing fatigue to the muscle. This will help you recover, build endurance, or maintain performance.
