“As a physical therapist, I strongly believe in helping patients improve not just their injury but also help promote a healthier lifestyle. I feel like that goes the longest way to someone. It’s important to talk to the patient about their goals. It’s also important to evaluate how the body moves as a whole that could be contributing to their injury as well as taking a thorough history and understanding their lifestyle to really work towards their goals and prevent further injuries.”

Personal Interests
Brittni has a very strong passion for living a healthy and active lifestyle regardless of age. Her biggest hero is her 100 yr old grandfather who still lives an active lifestyle. As a physical therapist and performance coach, her practice can extend beyond rehab to improving performance, whether walking a few blocks, hitting PR’s in the weight room, improving performance in an athletic setting or being injury-free as a weekend warrior athlete. She has a movement-based mentality to optimize and clean up our movement patterns to promote our longevity.
Experience working in youth athletics, collegiate, professional and international athletes with various manual techniques, dry needling, and functional strengthening to maximize our goals in rehab and performance settings.
Outside of work, she has a passion in weightlifting, CrossFit, hiking, traveling, watching and playing sports, and running a half marathon at the national parks every year.
